Window tooling

All of our window tooling is individually designed to customers’ requirements. Whether you are replacing existing windows or putting windows into a new build property. Tools can be manufactured with or without ‘Soft-form’ profiles. Tooling can be designed to fit onto most woodworking machinery from conventional methods to Window centers and CNC machines.

We have produced a lot of window tooling to supplement the existing window system, but still based on the same principle of minimum set-up time. Our Italian manufacturing partner, BUP Utensili, is normally able to supply special tools within 3 weeks.
 

Spindle Moulder

Manufactured by RS Wood in Italy, the TC11 spindle moulder has been developed to run our innovative window tooling system. A 5.5KW (7.5HP) machine with a flush mounted sliding table allows tenoning and profiling on one machine, with a minimum set-up time.

This robust spindle moulder is ideal for any joinery workshop and can be supplied with a number of optional extras, including: manually operated tilt, retro fit front extension table, tenon hood and fully motorised rise, fall and tilt.

 

CNC Tooling

All our CNC tools are manufactured in Italy. We have a standard range of tooling for stairs, joinery and the furniture industry. Special bespoke tools can be produced with a 2-3 working weeks lead time from receipt of order.

 

PCD Tooling

We have a standard range of, high quality, PCD tooling, manufactured in Italy, suitable for CNC routers, edge-banders and double ended tenoners. Cutter heads and any bespoke tooling can be produced to customers’ requirements with a short lead time.
 

Chucks & Spiral Routers

We carry a standard range of Italian manufactured HSK63-F chucks, collets and a selection of high quality solid carbide spiral router cutters from 3mm to 20mm diameter in stock in the UK..

 

Sawblades

All of our sawblades are manufactured by GUHDO in Germany. We have a fully comprehensive range from standard blades for cutting solid timber and sheet material to the high quality beam saw blades covering all the main machine manufacturers.

 

Drills & Adaptors

A comprehensive range of dowel drills, boring bits and adaptors for all makes of CNC and automatic boring machines. Manufactured by our partner in Italy, we can offer standard quality carbide tipped drills up to solid carbide, coated dowel drills for the most abrasive of materials.



 

Moulder tooling

We are constantly supplying special profile cutter heads for spindle moulders and 4/5 headed planer/ moulders.

Tools can be manufactured to suit your machine specification and we specialise in datum settings, reducing downtime to a minimum and enabling you to interchange your tooling from profiling to square dressing timber or PTGV within 5mins and minimal set-up.
